For our Australian orders, if we happen to have an item in stock, we will ship it from Weston, NSW. Otherwise, this product will ship directly from our talented partner's facility in China.
Why?
1. We do not have the equipment and manpower to actually make products ourselves yet, we only design them at the moment.
2. To date, we haven't found any manufacturers in Australia or elsewhere who are capable of making our products 'on demand', using our designs, with the same quality standards as our Chinese partners. We've sampled and can testify of the quality of their products, otherwise we wouldn't propose them here 😁
If you ever receive an item of a less than awesome quality, please let us know asap as you may be entitled to a replacement or a refund. We will 100% be happy to sort you out, your satisfaction is what motivates us everyday 🙂
3. We're also very much into minimising as much as possible our carbon print and shipping directly from the manufacturer, rather than shipping to us and then to you, allows us to do that.
Slow fashion takes time. After you receive a shipping confirmation email, you can add on the shipping time estimates below:
USA: 10-12 business days
Australia, UK & Canada: 12-15 business days
Standard shipping is FREE ! Please note we don't currently ship to the European Union.
For more information on shipping, you can check our shipping policy here or our FAQs here.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that you have 6 hours to edit/cancel an order. After that period, we process your order and no modification/cancellation is guaranteed.
RETURNS:
We have a 30-Day return policy which means that you have 30 days after reception of your product to make up your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that unfortunately we are unable to cover the return costs for items that are as described. Any returned item will have to be sent back to us in Australia.
Please make sure to read the details of our return policy here before ordering.
Like any of our products in store, those sofa covers are not ready-made items. These are print-on-demand, made-to-order items that are not manufactured until an order is placed. This allows us to avoid mass production waste and reduce our carbon print. You can read more about out business model here.

- MichelleVerified25/06/2026★★★★★
I bought this for my mother for her recliner. She lives in an aged care facility. Mum loves it as she loves the patchwork look and the colours. The cover is bright and cheerful and practical as it protects her chair, and any stains are not easily seen with this pattern. The one thing which would make it even better would be to add pockets to the sides to hold items within reach and possible a velcro loop on the top of the arm piece to attach the call bell.
Raiana's Vibes replied:Thank you so much, Michelle! We're so touched that your mum loves it.

This looked a lot more pleasant in the picture, but it looks like an OLD person chair cover in person! I even asked my husband for his input without telling him how I felt about it...Not a fan! Paid way too much for something I am not pleased with.
Raiana's Vibes replied:Hi Barb, we're sorry the chair cover wasn't to your taste in person. Thank you for your honest feedback.

I looks nothing like the picture. You said faux embroidery, I was expecting it to look different
Raiana's Vibes replied:Hi Linda, we're sorry the cover wasn't what you expected. Our faux embroidery designs are printed to look like embroidery rather than stitched, and we're sorry that wasn't clear. Please email support@raianasvibes.com if we can help.

The colors are very vibrant as pictured which makes our room really pop. We love how our sofa looks like a piece of artwork. I purchased to put over a reclining sofa so the strap provided really won't work but I figured that would be the case. The weight of the material is lighter than I expected so I do need to straighten out the cover through out the day, but I'm OK with that as I like the coverage it gives me. I had been using a full size comforter prior to this but it wouldn't cover the arms like this item does. So. I would recommend this item to anyone wanting to add so color to their room in a unique and fun way. Seller was amazing with communication. Highly recommend her also.
Raiana's Vibes replied:Thank you, Vikki! We love that your sofa looks like artwork.

Item is cheap. The back ties broke tight away. Slips off recliner.
Raiana's Vibes replied:Hi Francesca, we're sorry the ties broke and the cover slipped on your recliner. A part breaking straight away isn't okay. Please email support@raianasvibes.com with your order number and a photo so we can help.

Fabric print is blurred, like the distortion caused by being enlarged too much. I would not have purchased it if I used a brick and mortar shop.
Raiana's Vibes replied:Hi JoAnn, we're sorry the print looked blurred. That shouldn't happen. Please email support@raianasvibes.com with a photo and your order number so we can look into it.

I'm pretty sure this wasn't a pre-made item. It was sewn after I bought it. All the same, I got it in the US from Australia within 3 weeks. It is excellent quality and the pattern fits nicely with my decor.
