Shipping policy

Free Standard Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

Standard Delivery Fees are free regardless of the number of parcels that we send to you. If your order contains a mix of products, your order will be sent in multiple shipments. This is due to our products being created by more than one of our 7 print facilities. Processing time varies for every product and sometimes this means they arrive several days apart. 
An optional upgrade to express shipping will be offered at checkout for AU$30.

Please note that addresses considered as "remote areas" by DHL Express and FEDEX may not benefit from our express shipping option as they incur a remote handling surcharge of USD40 set by DHL Express and FEDEX that we cannot cover for. If you have paid for express shipping and it turns out that your address is considered as a "remote area" by these shipping carriers, we will contact you and refund your express shipping fee.

Made to order: Each order is custom printed and produced on demand to avoid over-stock and waste. For this reason please allow time for production and delivery. A confirmation email will be sent to you straight after purchase and production will start within 3-6 business days. 

Estimated delivery time: Shipping times vary depending on the product and your delivery address. This time frame is an estimate only. You will be sent an email to notify you that the item has been shipped and provided with a tracking number.

  • Europe: 2-3 Weeks
  • USA: 2 Weeks
  • Canada: 2-3 Weeks
  • Asia and Oceania: 2 Weeks

Please Note: those are estimates only; we have no control over the weather or the shipping carriers, there can always be some delays in delivery times. The length of these delays will vary depending on the location of where the products are being sent. 

Where do our products ship from:

  • USA: Phone cases.
  • China: All Over Print (AOP) Tops, AOP Bottoms, AOP Swimwear, AOP Outerwear, AOP Footwear, AOP Car accessories, AOP Hoodies, AOP leggings, AOP joggers & AOP Bags.

Easy Returns: We accept exchanges or returns on all products as long as they haven't been used. You have 30 days to make up your mind after your receive your products.

Some countries may be subject to a customs tax, import fee and/or duty fee, or anything along the same nature. Although we do our best to avoid these extra fees, there may be instances where you will be required to pay extra in order to receive your product at the time of delivery. The fee will be the responsibility of the person making the purchase. Raiana's Vibes will not be liable for any additional fees.
