RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and needs to be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving it. 

Exception to this rule is if the item you received is different than the one you ordered or is defective/not as advertised. If such is the case, please scroll down to the section 'Obvious Damage/Incorrect Order' at the end of this page. 


To complete your return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us via our email  - support@raianasvibes.com to inform us you would like to make a refund or exchange. Please include the order number and reason for refund/exchange.

  2. Once we have confirmed the item/s can be returned we will let you know by email. 

  3. Send the item/s back to our returns address ONLY:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to any other return address than the one above as we will not refund it.

If the item you received is as advertised, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us in Australia. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. We will send you an email to confirm we have received you returned item/s and once they are inspected and approved we will process the refund straight away. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. 

We strongly recommend getting a tracking number and shipping your items as lightly and compact as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for covering the return shipping cost due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size or making sure that the size is right for your car seat covers for instance, we have made available size charts in each product page. If you have any questions about fitting, please reach out anytime prior to ordering so we can advise you.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@raianasvibes.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Anything with obvious signs of use 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Sale items (if applicable) 
We will not refund any item that is a clearance item. I.e: More than 50% off.

Personalised items (if applicable) 
We only replace/refund these items if they are defective or damaged.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If your product(s) arrived defective or damaged, we will be more than happy to send you a free exchange or refund your order. If that is not the case, you will be able to return them to us in Australia at your own cost. Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. In the unfortunate event that your tracking information states your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please email support@raianasvibes.com for further assistance. Please note that we are not required to replace your missing merchandise, as it is up to the discretion of our customer support team to come up with a resolution per individual case.

We will always do our best to assist you, but Raiana's Vibes does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim through them.  

Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 6 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 6 hours, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel/modify anything.

Obvious Damage/Incorrect Order
At Raiana's Vibes, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Our products are made by people and like every human being, they can make mistakes. We will do everything we can to fix this for you by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo/video showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at support@raianasvibes.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
