When will it arrive?
Every dress is made to order by our print partners, mostly in China. Production takes 5–7 business days, then shipping takes 10–12 business days to the USA, or 12–15 business days to Australia, the UK and Canada. Standard shipping is free. Ordering for Christmas? Order by 23 November. More details in our shipping policy.
Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to return unused items. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, email a photo to support@raianasvibes.com and we’ll replace or refund it free of charge. Change-of-mind returns are sent back to us in Australia at your cost. You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. More details in our return policy.

The dress fits nothing like it looks on the model. Asking for a refund I was told that I would have to mail it to Australia, which would have cost more than the dress. I was finally offered 40% (which was better than nothing) but only received $30 for a $107 priced dress. Terrible customer service from seller and no refund policy. I would not recommend.

We'd like to clarify the figures : the dress was on sale at the time of your purchase, so the price paid was approximately US$84.50 (AU$121.49), not $107. As this was a fit issue rather than a fault with the item, our return policy requires the item to be sent back to us here in Australia at the customer’s cost. As an exception, we offered a partial refund with nothing to return, which came to approximately US$33.72. Any difference from that on your end would come down to currency conversion or fees applied by your own bank, not anything adjusted on our side.

I bought the dress because of the return policy, so incase I needed to return I could. Well I did need to return as the dress runs small. The problem is from America it's 68$ to return which is 2 $ short of the cost of the dress. So if your buying from US keep that in mind. The dress is cute and quality is expected.
