🌼🌼 Our car sun shades are quite big and very sturdy. Please make sure to check our size chart (we offer a one size only) and crosscheck with your own measurements if you want it to fit perfectly. Our car sun shade is a bit too wide for our Subaru Forester's windshield but we personally like it this way as it just covers more area and therefore protects/isolates more 🌼🌼
For our Australian orders, if we happen to have an item in stock, we will ship it from Weston, NSW. Otherwise, this product will ship directly from our talented partner's facility in China.
Why?
1. We do not have the equipment and manpower to actually make products ourselves yet, we only design them at the moment.
2. To date, we haven't found any manufacturers in Australia or elsewhere who are capable of making our products 'on demand', using our designs, with the same quality standards as our Chinese partners. We've sampled and can testify of the quality of their products, otherwise we wouldn't propose them here 😁
If you ever receive an item of a less than awesome quality, please let us know asap as you may be entitled to a replacement or a refund. We will 100% be happy to sort you out, your satisfaction is what motivates us everyday 🙂
3. We're also very much into minimising as much as possible our carbon print and shipping directly from the manufacturer, rather than shipping to us and then to you, allows us to do that.
Slow fashion takes time. After you receive a shipping confirmation email, you can add on the shipping time estimates below:
USA: 10-12 business days
Australia, UK, Canada & EU: 12-15 business days

You will have the option to upgrade your shipping to Expedited at checkout. Please note that we can't ship Express to PO box address, we need a street address as well as a phone number for the shipping carrier to contact you about your package. Please also note that addresses considered as "remote areas" by DHL Express and FEDEX may not benefit from our express shipping option as they incur a remote handling surcharge of USD40 set by DHL Express and FEDEX that we cannot cover for. If you have paid for express shipping and it turns out that your address is considered as a "remote area" by these shipping carriers, we will contact you and refund your express shipping fee.

CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that you have 3 hours to edit/cancel an order. After that period, we process your order and no modification will be possible.
RETURNS:
We have a 30-Day return policy which means that you have 30 days after reception of your product to make up your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to cover the return costs for items that are as described. Any returned item will have to be sent back to us in Australia. Like any of our products in store, those windshield sun shades are not ready-made items. These are print-on-demand, made-to-order items that are not manufactured until an order is placed. This allows us to avoid mass production waste and reduce our carbon print. You can read more about out business model here.
