I didn't need customer service but I did chat with the Maker about the fabulous fabric choices - it was so hard to narrow it down! I absolutely love it. And the stitching is STRONG! I mention this because it turns out my dog's favorite spot is the actual hammock area, and I wasn't even worried that it might rip. Quality product, I love it! My dog loves it! I wish I could add five photos and rate this ten stars!

This is great for my dog! She sheds a lot so this helps trap her hair. The straps keep it in place so it doesn’t shift. As my dog has gotten older and her legs are weaker, we’ve been worried that she’ll fall off the seat while riding so this also functions as a hammock that keeps her safe from falling. I love the bright colors. Shipping does take awhile so plan for that when ordering.

The item is well made, and while some of the stitching could be a bit tidier on the back, our hammock is showing itself to be well suited for its purpose, for my car and for my dog.
