Please note that we can't ship Express to PO box address, we need a street address as well as a phone number for the shipping carrier to contact you about your package. Please also note that addresses considered asĀ "remote areas"Ā by DHL Express and FEDEX may not benefit from our express shipping option as they incur a remote handling surcharge of USD40Ā set by DHL Express and FEDEX that we cannot cover for. If you have paid for express shipping and it turns out that your address is considered as a "remote area" by these shipping carriers, we will contact you and refund your express shipping fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to cover the return costs for items that are as described. Any returned item will have to be sent back to us in Australia.
