The listing makes it sound as if you are waiting for something being done by hand and that is the reason for the delay. In actuality, the delay is from it having to be sent from China. It's a nice design and is on what feels like sturdy enough metal, but even coming from China, I somehow got sent a used one. One of the holes had circular scratches that must have been from some type of screw covering that was larger than the ones included. Which reminds me, I couldn't use the included screw set, either. I don't know what they were thinking, but the screws were flat tips, not pointed tips. So the variation on the threading made it so they would not go in. So I also couldn't use the nice security caps made specifically for those screws.

  Raiana's Vibes replied:

Hi Ras, thank you for such a detailed review, and we're sorry about the scratches and the wrong screws. Please email support@raianasvibes.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Beautiful plates, and excellent customer service! I ordered a set of license plate covers, and initially only one shipped. Seller was extremely quick at responding to my message, and immediately workshopped ways to make it right. Shipping was very fast, for both items, I can’t wait to see these on my car. They are sturdy and heavy for what they are. In a sea of shops it can be hard to know which to pick, I would come back to this shop again and again.

  Raiana's Vibes replied:

Thank you so much, Nicole! We're so glad we could sort out your second plate quickly.

It's amazing but it does cover up the state on your license plate. Some states are finicky about that, so make sure to research the laws before buying.
