When will it arrive?
Every item is made to order by our print partners, mostly in China. Production takes 5–7 business days, then shipping takes 10–12 business days to the USA, or 12–15 business days to Australia, the UK and Canada. Standard shipping is free. Ordering for Christmas? Returns
Personalised and custom photo items are made just for you, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. Everything else can be returned unused within 30 days after delivery, at your cost. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, including personalised items, email a photo to support@raianasvibes.com and we’ll replace or refund it free of charge. You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. More details in our return policy.
