When will it arrive?
Every cloak is made to order by our print partners, mostly in China. Production takes 5–7 business days, then shipping takes 10–12 business days to the USA, or 12–15 business days to Australia, the UK and Canada. Standard shipping is free. Ordering for Christmas? Order by 23 November. More details in our shipping policy.
Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to return unused items. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, email a photo to support@raianasvibes.com and we’ll replace or refund it free of charge. Change-of-mind returns are sent back to us in Australia at your cost. You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. More details in our return policy.
