Will it fit my car?
Our covers stretch to fit most cars and SUVs with bucket seats. If your front seats have side airbags or built-in armrests, choose a "WITH integrated airbags and/or armrests" option. Please measure your seats and compare them with the size chart before ordering. Not sure? Email a photo of your seats to support@raianasvibes.com and we'll check for you.
When will it arrive?
Every set is made to order. Production takes 5-7 business days, then shipping takes 10-12 business days to the USA, or 12-15 business days to Australia, the UK and Canada. Standard shipping is free. Ordering for Christmas? Order by 23 November for delivery in Australia.
Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to return unused items. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, email a photo to support@raianasvibes.com and we'll replace or refund it free of charge. Change-of-mind returns are sent back to us in Australia at your cost. You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

Each piece is made to order (5–7 business days) and may arrive in separate parcels. Please check fit, sizing and care details on each product page before ordering.
Only need one piece? Each item can also be bought on its own.
If you select the Full Set, you will receive a set of 2 front car seat covers + 2 rear seat covers (one for the backrest and one for the bottom part).

📢 The final look of the fit will depend on size, shape and curvature of your car seats, which can differ from the look of the sample car seats we used in our photos.
Unlike shown in the video, we do not recommend cutting holes for the headrest. We personally just tuck the backrest cover underneath the front of the headrests or over them if they are not too big.

For our Australian orders, if we happen to have an item in stock, we will ship it from Weston, NSW. Otherwise, this product will ship directly from our talented partner's facility in China.
Why?
1. We do not have the equipment and manpower to actually make products ourselves yet, we only design them at the moment.
2. To date, we haven't found any manufacturers in Australia or elsewhere who are capable of making our products 'on demand', using our designs, with the same quality standards as our Chinese partners. We've sampled and can testify of the quality of their products, otherwise we wouldn't propose them here 😁
If you ever receive an item of a less than awesome quality, please let us know asap as you may be entitled to a replacement or a refund. We will 100% be happy to sort you out, your satisfaction is what motivates us everyday 🙂
3. We're also very much into minimising as much as possible our carbon print and shipping directly from the manufacturer, rather than shipping to us and then to you, allows us to do that.

CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that you have 6 hours to edit/cancel an order. After that period, we process your order and no modification/cancellation is guaranteed.
RETURNS:
We have a 30-Day return policy which means that you have 30 days after reception of your product to make up your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that unfortunately we are unable to cover the return costs for items that are as described. Any returned item will have to be sent back to us in Australia.

Like any of our products in store, those seat covers for car are not ready-made items. These are print-on-demand, made-to-order items that are not manufactured until an order is placed.
