🌈 Our items are individually made with love for each of our buyers. Because of this, our processing time is 4-6 business days (depending on order volume).
🌈 On top of processing time, please add about 6 business days for shipping within the USA, 8 business days for shipping to Canada and 15 business days + for anywhere else in the world. Please note that those are 'estimates' only and we are not responsible for any delays occurred in shipping.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that you have 3 hours to edit/cancel an order. After that period, we process your order and no modification will be possible.
RETURNS:
We have a 30-Day return policy which means that you have 30 days after reception of your product to make up your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to cover the return costs for items that are as described. Any returned item will have to be sent back to us in Australia.
